Soup diet is known for its effect: just in one week you can lose up to 8 kilograms! However, nutritionists say that such a “first aid” should be carried out maximum 2-3 times a year. One thing is certain: soup diet – the “magic wand” for those who want to lose weight quickly and without feeling hunger. So look at the menu peculiarities.
General principles of a soup diet
Soup diet is classified as low-calorie diet. During its compliance the body virtually does not get any carbohydrates – the main source of energy. Therefore, during “processing” organism starts to use the internal reserves – fats, which leads to a rapid weight loss.Furthermore, soup diet includes so-called negative-calorie foods, i.e. organism spends for processing more energy than it receives. Any of these soups in all the diet can be consumed every day in unlimited quantities, but you also need to comply with the following recommendations:Day 1: You can eat fruits (except bananas) and have soup at least 3 times a day.
Day 2: On this day, in addition to soup, you can eat any vegetables, except beans and peas. You can eat a baked potato with a drop of olive oil and have soup at least 3 times a day.
Day 3: Eat soup at least 3 times and it is also possible to eat any fruits and vegetables (except potatoes and bananas).
Day 4: On this day you need to eat 3 bananas (during the day, not in one sitting) and drink a glass of skim milk – the body must replenish potassium and calcium. Still eat soup at least three times a day.
